The IMQs will be sent today, September 1st! They may be send out to all sporadically throughout the day from what is called the Ease system. Every EMPLOYEE you listed on your census will receive an IMQ to complete for themselves and on behalf of all of their family members.
FAQs about completing the IMQs:
Does a spouse or child who is under 26 who is eligible to enroll in an owner or other employee family benefits plan still need to complete and IMQ?
YES! While they can be covered for medical, dental and vision by way was of another family member at the practice, they qualify for Life, STD, LTD as an employee.
When is the deadline to complete the IMQ?
Friday, September 15th by close of business.
How long will it take to complete the IMQ?
About 10-15 minutes.
