Bookkeeping Services

• Transaction recording and reconciliation
• Bank and credit card account management
• Accounts payable tracking

• Monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
• Employee reimbursements and expense tracking

Payroll Services

• Payroll processing for all employees (semi-monthly on the 15th and the last day of the month)
• Direct deposit setup and management
• Payroll tax calculations and filings
• Employee benefits and deduction management
• Preparation and filing of W-2s and 1099s
• New employee paperwork onboarding (W-4s and related forms)
• Retirement plan contribution management
• Paid time off tracking (upon request)

All services are delivered through our professional service partners using QuickBooks and integrated payroll software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

While IFA facilitates these services, all work is performed directly by the Service Provider. Our role is to ensure a seamless experience—without adding complexity to your business.

Terms & Commitments

• Billing: Monthly, due within 21 days
• Cancellation: 60 days’ written notice
• Confidentiality: All client and financial data remain strictly confidential
• Non-Solicitation: Clients agree not to engage the Service Provider directly outside this partnership for 12 months post-termination
